New Soups 02/22!

Hello Everyone,
I hope you all had a good week. So my experience is there is a shortage of good Italian, that is why I’m bringing back Pasta Fagioli. This one is a complete meal, beans, pasta and proscuitto. This is one the kids will enjoy with you, grab or make a quick ceasar salad and you’re in! Next up we have Roasted Onion with Assiago Cheese. A little different than what you may be used to in an onion soup. I slow roast the onions whole and then cook them in a vegetable broth with more herbs and vegetables, then puree it. So it has a nice sweet and creamy texture, add that nice parmesan assiago and you get that sweet and salty balance at its best.

Another soup great for the family is the Orange and Cumin Sweet Potato. When I’m at home I throw some black beans into this and this gets you some protein into a really great soup. It has a Mexican flavor. Back by popular demand, Crab Bisque! You can have this anytime. For a simple lunch to feel good, the starter to your dinner party, it goes well anytime anywhere, if you haven’t tried it yet, you must!

Crab Bisque $12

Soups 2/8/10

Hi All,
Valentine’s Day is almost here. This one is a hard one to forget, make it special you both deserve it. I have a couple of nice soups this week. Crab Bisque is a nice starter that will compliment a meat or fish entrée. The Bisque, a filet mignon and a nice salad, that sounds good I may do that. Cassoulet is a meal in itself, a simple green salad, nice glass of wine. Dessert, have some of that chocolate you either bought or received. Orange & Cumin Sweet Potato is a great one for the family. I usually pick up a Roasted Chicken for this for a nice easy dinner. Smoked Tomato Bisque calls for a Heart-Shaped Grilled Cheese, use a nice cheese, make it special for Valentine’s day.

Crab Bisque-$12

Hi Everyone,
Hope you all had a good week. This week is Souper Bowl Sunday! How does Gumbo sound? Add some rice to this on the side and you have a great entre. Lots of great things in the inventory. Maybe there is something that will go well with your party. With next week being Valentines Day I will be making a nice batch of Cassoulet. Okay, Guys; Surprise your lady. Girls; Surprise your man! No one should have to cook on a Holiday.
