New Soups! 03/01/2010

Hi Everyone,
Hope everyone had a great week! So this week Turkey Chili! I haven’t had this one in a long time, using a couple of different combinations of new peppers, it has a very earthy flavor not at all heatful. I actually garnish this with some chocolate. Potato and Leek; good stick to your ribs soup, it’s a good starter course for any type of entrée you might have. Garden Pea with Mint and Tarragon, think green! When I make it, it requires very little cooking time it is full of good flavor. Corn & Shitake Mushrooms; I don’t know about you but when I was kid I loved creamed corn, what kid didn’t?! This is something I thought of doing, making it with an Asian influence, the shitake mushrooms, coconut milk; most people that have tried it have really enjoyed it. It sells out when ever we have it available.
