New Soups! 03/08!

Hi Everyone,
So Crab Bisque, everybody keeps asking for it… so… I keep making it! Coconut Curry with Chicken and Brown Rice, this is a complete meal, it has an Indian/Thai flavor to it, get a little naan bread and dinner is ready! Jambalaya is another complete meal, its vegan, if you’re not vegan I like adding some baby shrimp to this one. Wild Mushroom is a great starter to any entrée meat, chicken or fish. I like this with crostini and a little goat cheese.

Coconut Curry with Chicken and Brown Rice $12

Jambalaya –Vegan $11

Wild Mushroom –Vegan $11
Shitake, button, crimini, and portobello mushrooms, leeks, fennel, onions, tomato, tamari, Madeira wine, vegetable stock, thyme, parsley, rosemary and rice flour

Crab Bisque $12
Dungeness crab, onion, carrots, celery, tomato, bay leaf, tarragon, butter, flour, sherry, heavy cream, and milk.
